Jennifer Conklin, NCLC

As Customer Service Supervisor at Valley Contax, Jennifer is a very busy staff member. She prides herself on attention to detail and she believes in dedicating herself to her work as if she were working for her own company. She's a team-leader, a problem solver and a considerable asset to the Valley Contax team. Jennifer is an enthusiastic equestrian who enjoys country life and country music.

Julie Grigsby, NCLC

Julie is a member of the Customer Service team at Valley Contax. She is enjoying the contact lens field very much and was among the latest Valley Contax representatives to be certified by the NCLE. She's got a new fast car that we all like to admire. Julie enjoys being a mom and spending time with her son. She's a published poet with European travel in her future. Julie is a super team member.

Susan Nelsen, NCLC

Susan is a cheerful Customer Service representative who hails from beautiful Hawaii. She’s a beach girl at heart but she seems to be happy at Valley Contax and has been with us through several damp Oregon winters. She has one of the choice river view offices at Valley Contax. Maybe that’s why Susan is always wearing that winning smile. Susan is an energetic team member who is eager to assist with all of your customer service needs.

Kelsey Moi

Kelsey is part of the Valley Contax Customer Service team. Kelsey is a joy to be around with her great attitude and work ethic. Always smiling, Kelsey is enthusiastic about sharing photographs and anecdotes of her young daughter. It wasn't a surprise to learn that she was instrumental in building a home in Mexico. She's multi-talented and has the volunteer spirit that makes a difference in a busy company like Valley Contax.
