Our Fail-Safe - No return policy is designed to simplify re-orders and save time and money. No need to return lenses to get credit, just specify Fail-Safe "NO RETURN" and we will invoice new lenses at no charge. There is no limit on your re-orders within 90 days.

Here’s how it works:

Order your original lens(es) Fail-Safe. (You will billed regular Fail-Safe price).

If you need to make a change, re-order and specify Fail-Safe "NO RETURN".

You must have original invoice # and date available at the time of your re-order to be invoiced at $5.00 per lens (button/labor recovery fee). If you do not have original invoice # and date, you will be billed regular Fail-Safe price, and then you must return lenses to get credit.

Limitations:

• You cannot re-order same lenses - you must have a parameter change.
  
  
• Broken or defective lenses cannot be re-ordered Fail-Safe NO RETURN - they must be returned in order to receive credit.
  
  
• If you have a cancellation you must return all lenses ordered to receive credit on original lenses invoiced at regular Fail-Safe price.
  
  
• Lost or mishandled lenses are not covered.
  
  
• Specialty lenses (toric, bifocal, special designs, etc.) are not covered, and must be returned for credit.
  
  

No credit on exchanges or cancellations. Cannot be upgraded to Failsafe.

The warranty period will be 90 days from the date of the initial invoice. The total number of lenses allowable per eye is three (3). During the 90 day policy, we will extend 100% credit upon return of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd pair of lenses, minus a $20.00 button/labor recovery fee per lens. Lenses must be returned within 90 days to be eligible for credit. We are unable to extend credit for lenses that are lost or damaged. Failsafe/No Return does not apply to specialty lenses.
