Lens Fitting

1. Begin fitting 2.00D steeper than flat K.
2. With a diagnostic set, steepen lenses to achieve limbal vaulting without compromising health of scleral vessels.
3. A good fit is achieved with 150 microns of initial central clearance.
4. Evaluate periphery for vessel seal-off.
5. After fit is validated, over refract and customize with a Valley Contax GP consultant.
