Failsafe No-Return GP warranty applies to spherical GPs, Comfort XL and K Max designs only.

Failsafe is a 90-day warranty program which permits unlimited exchanges free of charge within the policy period.

Parameter changes are required. Failsafe does not apply to lost or damaged lenses.

Please retain all lenses during the policy period in the event of a cancellation; all lenses must be returned to Valley Contax for crediting purposes in the event of full cancellation.

Unwarranted lenses are ineligible for credit for exchanges or cancellations. Unwarranted lenses may not be "upgraded" to Failsafe No-Return.

Unlimited Spare Pair spherical lenses may be ordered at half-price within six-months of the original invoice. No parameter changes are allowed. Spare Pair lenses are unwarranted.
