Cornea and Contact Lens Residents Celebrate at the 8th Annual Residency Summit.

Valley Contax, in partnership with their generous sponsors, Contamac, eyeXY, Ocusoft, OVITZ, and Tangible Science, recently held the company's Eighth Annual Residency Summit in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley. The residents arrived from across the country for learning, socializing, and relaxation to celebrate the completion of their residencies. The three-day event included scleral lens education and fitting, time spent in the manufacturing facility, a taste of Oregon's famous wines and microbrews, and a trip to the Oregon Coast. The education at the event was led by Professional Relations Manager Adeline Bauer, OD, FAAO, FSLS. The focus was on practical scleral lens fitting, new products, and the next chapter of a Cornea & Contact Lens resident's career.
